I had IR ADV C5235 using DADF which is double sided scan image..
The problem is, using 'auto color select',
Scan a document b&w with little colored logo at the top of original document....

p-14 is it related with drum motor at the back of mechine?? mine is C550 magenta skewed.. i tried all suggestion but still the same problem exist.. any others solution? :confused::confused:
