we have an mx2614 with C4-00,
so far fitted the ptc corona, the modified ptc hv pwb and latest mod shafts and black plastic clutch housing.
it has unfortunately come back again...... :o(...

no apparent issues and all rest of system tests out...

machine was pulled by sales......machine dissappeared into the depths of the company never to be seen again !!!!
so sorry but no final fix.

replaced the ribbon cable from the staple unit to the pwb....all ok now.

i have an mx6201 with an fn4 finisher, it will staple fine at front side on single staples but when on normal or rear staple it goes into f1-10.
the machine stacks the paper at the tray ready...

you put riginal in and hit start but doesnt feed......my co worker decided on the bcu pwb..and that worked for about half a day.

the fault turned out to be the mcu pwb, just swapped the nvram around and switched on......

self generated prints are fine in 64 but copies are black.
with it only happening with an optical scan we thought it may be the ccd unit, it was swapped...

we are having odd jamming issues with the fn22 finisher on a polaris, it is comming up with eratic fs203_n jams.
The sensor has been changed a couple of time s,and has cleared the fault for some...
