Yes that is very interesting why copies not prints are so affected. I have seen this problem on WC71 72 series as well on 71 72 drum and developer coming as a one unit.

I have just removed developer assy and found that mag roller is not fully covered. I do not know how I could missed this out yesterday. I wasted time yesterday but finally problem is solved.

Changing whole itb ass - no change
Replaced r1 drun - still the same line
Swopped lph...

It looks like drum problem. If they are fine then transfer belt assembly but I would start with drums first

Try clean MOB sensor.

Instead of buying toner cartridge you can buy just SOLD toner chip and replace it with chip currently installed in your toner cartridge.

Make sure you have ordered SOLD cartridge not Metered...

If machine does not ask for a supplies pin then buy only one SOLD cartridge (or chip) to check if it will be accepted.

To reset admin password you need to send special reset file to the machine.
