was this ever resolved? did you find the RTB? pls and ty
so can anyone tell me where a new Canon tech finds part numbers for drum units? they are not in the parts manuals
ty
but ITB unit has been recently rebuilt on mine as well
i agree but to this point not certain what - will be looking into actual drive system next time on site
anyone come up with a resolve for this, i have new itb cleaning unit, transfer unit and rebuilt ITB assy still builds up on ITB cleaning unit and spills onto media
any resolve to this - having same issue
anyone seen SC520 on one of these and able to fix it? been struggling for a while
at he end of the PCDU is a cover and inside the cover is a grounding strap- if this cover is forgotten (often ) it will cause similar issues
seen similar issue and new Op Panel was resolve? expensive though
i tend to agree not a firmware isue. either poer swith is faulty or sure protector is flickering off/on when under load? bypass surge
I believe if you use the Universal Driver and or PCL5 you will have better luck?
happening first copy its more likely a fuser issue not warming up properly
tell them to but a label printer - prints one of at a time - cheaply as well
the fix is replace them and return bad ones for warranty. Works every time

I'm trying to use the "print from memory device" feature on a Ricoh MP 2555, and I keep getting the error "because of the current settings, printing of files on the...
is it possible to move the machine to a working machine location and test it there to eliminate a network issue?
Has smb 2 / 3 been somehow disabled on this unit in the WIM?
was about to say just that before I read the entire thread
MP2554 is different than fuser in the faster units
fshead the C305 was a hit and miss unit - good ones were good - bad ones were always bad
as for the original issue you posted machines following C306 407 etc had similar issues but it was because...
I would consider checking whether pressure is even on both sides of fuser???
make sure that shaft is cleaned and lightly lubed as well it needs to slide smoothly
thanks so much appreciated
not part of the fuser - its part of machine exit
thanks though
anyone have a parts manual?
I'm looking for an exit roller idle assembly - black roller on and assy with spring tension on both sides. slides into frame position at exit of printer?
ensure all firmware including java and operation panel OS and apps are up to date - should fix the known issue
