Replace or clean the tray 2 registration clutch. Remove the whole paper feed unit and you will see.

Its the charge not enough of the developer unit. contact at the back the once developer unit contact on. You have to remove the main drive unit in order to do that dust and corrosion affecting charge...

Does it sounds like clutch, have you check the fuser drive clutch which at the back above the main drive. It gives the noise when not engaged.

Thanks will try do that I have try stopping the paper before the fuser unit and yes the marks are before the fuser which is likely to be 2nd transfer etc. Will try change or see that first.
