Did you check the values of the service label inside the front cover. Do a P Print and check the values against another machine to see if anything jumps out at you.

Check drum driver pcb J208 is connected, and J210 is fully seated.
I would start with a firmware update.
I don't have one to look at but when it goes thru the fixing unit and gets to the next junction gate is it on the right side of the gate or did it take the wrong path?

P000 - "Document detected in feed path before scanning"
This is a "residual" jam at power on condition. If there's no paper present in the feed path, then you probably have a faulty paper sensor....
Select scan and Send and then on the right side bottom of screen select Options then select TX Report.
Funny thing, the tool works fine on my laptop but my coworker gets the same "missing DLL file" message. We fought this for a couple of hours last week and gave up. I just loaned him my laptop.
