Try to clean thу sensor first. Sometimes it has a lot of paper dust on it. The sensor is inside MF tray.

Try to set "preheat time" to 1 min. If the fuser stays on for a long time it may dry out cleaning tissue.

I hope you checked that those labels were for copiers, not inkjet and labels were not old? I'd test printing labels on heavy paper to see if it jams.

Your part is: MFP program mSATA VHI0MFP23002C. You can find it online. Do not install just mSATA from a computer store.

First try to update firmware in CN mode. If it won't help replace SD card.
