What did you find with the 1st issue? I am seeing a similar issue
I have started using this as well, in more difficult places or where it sees to get "broken" frequently. It works pretty well, is quick and easy
Thanks for the reply. I'm hoping if I am able to take my time and actually make a decent hook, it might help. I ordered a couple springs to "play with" as well
Oh snap. I wish I would have known that prior....a bit easier for sure. Thanks though. It gives me something else to try later
Oops, posted in the wrong one earlier. My apologies.
Any new tips or updates to this. I gave it a quick try and didn't seem to help. I'm going to go back and try to form the spring a little...
I was hoping this would save me out in the field. I followed the steps and gave it a test, but I was running out of time. Still double fed a few so I left the site for now, planning to come back and...
This machine has been a pain in the butt. We went around and around with scan to e-mail. Originally it worked, but the customer made some changes to the network and it wouldn't work anymore. For...
That makes sense then. Thanks
...but replacing the fuser didn't solve the issue? Is this assembly separate from the fuser?
I just signed up for this. What all do you use this service for?
We have SEVERAL problem machines that burn through these motors. It's pretty frustrating.
:(
Ordered a new SD card
I don't have any other details really, customer just called with this and I remember from a different model that it can typically be the SD card. Does anyone have SD image I would need. Otherwise I...
Ugh, those motors.
Thank you so much.... We have been struggling with a few of these models. First with motors and now dv dumps... Etc. Ugh
This is very interesting, I am starting to see this more and more with M and C. Could you explain a little more what you are talking about with the Erase lamps and which SIM in 6 exactly. I just...
I believe ours ended up being related to a poor connection between the right side door and the machine. The connector was not lining up properly. Too some work and reforming the Earth spring {metal...
I hear ya. I got into the Sharps mostly by accident. Worked on them for 7yrs, then took a break for a couple years. I've been back for a year or so now, trying to catch up on some of the newer...
Just Sharp, thankfully. I think my head would explode if we did any others.
Man, I was excited at first. I have been hoping someone would post something like this (current models) for awhile. We are a smaller company and kinda do things our own way because we don't know...
I would use the search feature on this site, if I were you:

Agreed. Certainly enter the SIMULATION!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have worked on Secap address printers in the past and currently work on Neopost/Hasler folding and inserting machines. While I don't have any experience with this model I can tell you from working...
Very true. However, we have had several units where we replaced the whole drive unit and still had the issues occur. As I mentioned earlier, we are looking into different grease options here. It...
I used the search feature on this site and found this and many others fairly quickly.
