Replace dev and drum, clean inside, replace toner filter. Other than that you need tech who knows KM machines. Don't forget to put only OEM toner into machine.

I forgot but long ago decided to pay the small price over changing only roller and take whole assembly which includes torque limiter.

OC thanks. I use only OEM one separation roller assembly from bizhub 223 DF part number A143PP0100. It's dirt cheap around here and serves well on all xx4e, xx8 and xx0i series similar style DFs.

I believe most of us technicians wouldn't have issues with cosmetics as long it contains WD-40, isopropyl, alvania grease, molykote or something. What about PMs? Do we need to backup them?

+1 to HV issue. Those can be incredible workhorses although I didn't liked them but we had one going past 1.6 million with only scheduled PMs. I believe transfer roller on many KM may be neglected...
