This may be or may not be the case. In example TN324K lasts 28k and weight 547 grams and TN324M/C/Y lasts 26k and weights 513 grams, basically 2000 pages more are due 33 grams more in black...

True...percentages are between 2 - 20% (iron + manganese oxid). That means in grams between 10 - 100 grams.
K toner for C220 weights about 50 grams more than color toners so maybe that's the value I...

Replace dev and drum, clean inside, replace toner filter. Other than that you need tech who knows KM machines. Don't forget to put only OEM toner into machine.

I forgot but long ago decided to pay the small price over changing only roller and take whole assembly which includes torque limiter.

OC thanks. I use only OEM one separation roller assembly from bizhub 223 DF part number A143PP0100. It's dirt cheap around here and serves well on all xx4e, xx8 and xx0i series similar style DFs.
