How do I get into service mode and check the PM statis?

RICOH MC305SPF Black toner sensor exceeds specified value. Can that be caused by the end user twisting the cartridge? Best way of correcting this issue ? a sky copy total black? Several dark prints?

Thank you all for your help. The problem was the detente in the housing stopping the cartridge from touching the sensor board.

OK , I've replaced the toner sensor PCB and cleaned out the copier, Installed OEM toner but it still states reseat the toner.. Problem >> the housing the cartridge goes into at the end, that opens...

After 3 3rd party toners that failed we assume that it's the wrong chip in the cartrage

Found the problem --- I'm embarrassed --- put connectors in wrong socket. poor lighting.(excuse) lucky that it did not short out the board.

Checked connector CN559, no bent pins. HVPS was not removed to install the toner pcb . The other large components that were removed: the ARDF, fax pcb, BICU, network assembly and the BICU housing.
