The clutch that moves the Secondary transfer roller is located in the fuser drive unit, we changed it and it fixed the issue.
It was occasional, was starting to happen alot more before he tried the clutch. The clutch he took out was harder to turn then normal.
Try the clutch in the fuser drive unit, that clutch moves the transfer roller. We just had this issue.
No problem, we have used those boards multiple times so far.
Look at MFP-TB-1717R2 Part #DKIT-0474DSZZ
Check the yellow toner pipe unit, we had one with a cracked piece out of the box.
We have been having multiple problems with these finishers, still waiting on a fix.
