I'm not exactly sure what happened, but my lock solenoid (the one that needs to be engaged to let the drum out of the machine)...

FIXED IT! The issue was not actually with the drum, but with the little clamp that goes down end engages with the gear on the drum to move the clamp plate. It was just a little loose!
