Thanks for the Reply. There is a border on the prints. Also when i printed a Test print out of memory it didnt print it from border to border on 36 inch paper. should it?

Prints some documents in wrong direction on paper. Could this be caused by the Print Driver? It has also printed like 2 inches of a blue print and stopped printing. Customer will have to unplug...

Any Ideas how to fix this issue. Does it need a HDD or can it be reformatted?

After a closer inspection of the Cutter, the latch was broken off of the cutter assembly... Thanks

The Customer has replaced Fusing Unit. Is there a procedure to resetting the Error? And if so is there a procedure to Reset this error Said there wasn't any specific Error Code on the machine.

I've taken out the cutter and it seems to be ok. Could the carriage not be going far enough over to engage? Is there a adjustment for the travel of the carriage ?

After completion of a print job the carriage goes to the left but the cutter doesn't attach to the carriage to cut the paper. Any suggestions or reason it wouldn't do it?

Thanks for the tips, the fusing unit is new. I will check the coupling Drive gears

The Top 4 Lights are Yellow and the bottom 4 are green if that helps solve the mystery.

I am Trained on the machine. it is being fed LEF and is is letter sized paper and regular 20 lb paper Its as if the fusing unit wasnt rotating and after closing the transport section firmly it got...

It was jamming (J082) and wouldnt stop, released the transport levers and reseated transport section with some force and the machine made a pop pop noise and started working. It has done this twice....

There isn't anything behind the Tray, would this indicate the lift motor is defective or a sensor out of whack? Or is there a reset for this message?
