Oem toner and oem drums installed. Tried new drum(s) and new belt but same result. Only codes in history was the "389" codes for all the colors.
Has anyone seen all (4) colors have barber pole strips? Before tearing out all (4) dev units I just want to see if anyone else has had this? I'm thinking also belt and transfer roller as well....

Agree the 4505AC is a much better machine. The hard drive is from a parts machine that I need for a contracted machine still in service.
