Thanks for the fast response guys! The client is mostly working remotely now so took a couple weeks to get back to work on this issue. I brought in an experienced Xerox tech to help me out, he did...
Hi guys,
Customer has a Xerox Workcentre 7830i printing blurry on PDF documents only. Happening from multiple computers but Word docs and emails print clearly. Using genuine toner and drums....
Thank you, I will post a reply with results.
Yeah, either calibrate the new sensor or enter the value it should be set to.
Thanks!
Thanks Phil. I started on Minoltas back in '92 myself but rarely work on anything bigger than a desktop for the last 15 years. I've tried other business but the printers are still my bread n butter. ...
Well! What do we have here? A ___ comedian? Haha
I do agree with you Phil B, I'll definitely be looking up the manual when I work on this beautiful machine.
Awesome info, what's the procedure for accessing the diagnosis mode?
Haha, thanks for the reply. Just downloaded the manual, hopefully the info is there. Business is still slow so not turning down any work even if I gotta deal with some headaches!
Hi guys,
I have a Xerox WC 7830i that was over adding and dumping Cyan toner. I've decided to change the developing unit and developer. Do I need to run a set up procedure for new developing...
Ha! Yeah as a first time I suggest taking into the shop.

I've done a few cp3525 but on the M775 the solenoid is not part of the fuser drive assembly it's behind it. And HP warns against removing the solenoid:
"CAUTION: Do not remove the gear or ...
Haha, I know. Have you or your team dealt with this? I don't want to do all that work and the issue be something else. Thanks for the feedback.
Hi guys, has anyone come across an HP M775 with an intermittent 59.00.F0. Happens once or twice a day or after around 500 prints. I've replaced the fuser and the transfer belt since they were near...
The only solution that has worked for me is to vacuum out the cleaning blade unit every month or two.
It turned out to be the transfer belt. Replaced it and ran the calibration, no more error codes and the print quality is back to normal. Hope this helps.
Thanks!
Did you figure this out? I have a similar issue. Cleaned the laser unit, toners are new OEM, Transfer belt is at 50% life. I'm getting the 54.0D.00 thru 54.0D.03 calibration error errordiffusion,...
You'll have to remove the belt again. On the right side of the belt, the side above the power supply there's 2 slots/openings that the white plastic guides you moved out of the way to remove the belt...
Hi guys, I have a KM Bizhub 501 with a backed up cleaning unit. I cleaned up all the toner that was dumped over the developer unit, lower corona unit and just about everywhere below the imaging unit....
