My customer has an M507 that Tray 2 does not lift. It kept saying tray 2 load plain paper, but the tray is not lifting. Is there a sensor that activate the tray 2 lifting? Please advise!

I Tried both methods, but the Storage init never lid up on the display. The display just stay plank during those 2 buttons pressing down. Any suggestion?
