Hi friends
I need your help. I have IM C300, I have replaced a broken
operation panel and later discovered that SETTING icon is missing
what could the issue.

We managed to sort this issue after replacement of the SIB board
where the scanner cable are connected.

It will print a big job but when it jams the meter will count.
The many issue is, a customer is question why the device is recording a jammed/damaged prints/copies.

It does not have jamming issues ,the meter will click even when there is
a normal paper jam or jam is created.
