Thanks diedux, I learnt something new:D.
So I went to the site this morning and after some troubleshooting, I found out what was causing the jamming issue.
The problem is related to the...
Yup I did ;) lol...that is next in line to fix after I sort this annoying jamming issue.
Thanks Blackcat. There is no specific jam code, just the paper jam in rear cover message that appears. I will try to print the error log and provide feedback.
Hi Guys
I need some help with this one.
I have a Kyocera P6230cdn that randomly jams just before exiting, paper jammed in rear cover. The machine will work just fine then it will start jamming...
Hi Guys
I would like to know if there are any settings or anything that can be done to help increase the service intervals for cleaning the MC-3100 on Kyocera machines. In our company they usually...
This is exactly what was happening due to the generic cyan toners we were using. I eventually got fed up and just started replacing machines. Seems like our generic cyan toners are working for now....
Thanks for the advice, I will try as you suggested.
Hi Guys
I hope you guys can help with this one.
I have been having this error 7002 (toner motor C error..) on a few of the P6130/P6230 machines. When this happens, I noticed the following:

I have seen this alot on FS-1128/1135/M2535 printers. I decreased the fuser pressure on all our machines and never really experienced this issue since.
I think you need to try and establish whats causing that foggy background before replacing the entire MK. I deal with alot of this exact model and 292K for this model is low. In 2 instances, a foggy...
I also seen this happen alot before on FS-2100DN printers.
I had this issue before and resolved it by giving the sensor before registration and the rollers below a good clean.
Did you try changing the developer ?
Make sure that all connectors are clean from dust/toner. Maybe also do alot of prints and see if the grey background gets lighter. I have this exact machine with over 2 million prints and only...
Did you try wiping the developer roller clean ?
Usually this happens with generic toner. You need to clean out the developer which should resolve your issue.
Not sure if this machine is similar to a P6130, there should be a locking lever on the left side of the machine which has to be pulled up to unlock the drums.
I have not experienced any issues with these printers so far...
No obstructions on that fuser guide.
Yes original, even tried with a spare original fuser.
There are no strange sounds. This problem is intermittent as the copier sometimes worked perfectly. There seems to be a problem with the fuser being driven.
Before fuser, after transfer. Image forms fine, just that it does not get to fusing. When I remove the drum that's how the paper sits, please see pics.
I made sure fusers were installed correctly and flush, tried with new paper and a cassette just to make sure that it was not the paper. Issue still occurs if using the MP tray as well.
I even...
Hi Phil
Yes the paper does not make it into the fuser. It's like the paper does a loop at the fuser guide and folds in half. I checked for any obstructions but theres nothing and cleaned the area...
Hi guys, I need your help with this one
I have a strange issue with a Kyocera M2535dn where the paper jams before the fuser and the page folds in half.
I have tried replacing the fuser, drum,...
