Finally, i got the solution. I tried with another cis scanner module, go on maintenance mode and make white registration (Code 55) and all is fine.

I have just changed the scanner lamp of the adf on my brother MFC-9340CDW, no problem on the front side in black and white but in color the back is all in blue. You can see on vuescan...

I will check tomorrow but i don't think im wrong on paper sizes, i found on my own it will jam because of paper sizes and secretly hope you're right :)
