I was running "skyshots" In order to see if the PCDU was being replenished. The "add toner" came up while I was still looking at the hopper/bottle section. Seems to be replenishing fine now.

Well, unfortunately it came back. I quadruple checked hopper and bottle function. As I run full bleed, test pages do get lighter so I'm digging into the PCDU now.

Thank you all! I believe the issue was not executing 2928. Still have the machine in shop for testing but will fill you in if anything else occurs.

New toner bottles.

The motor was the toner motor (directly behind bottle).

Good quality, no noises.

Looks like there was a toner spill inside the machine before the frequent replace toner...

The PCDU’s have all been out of box unused. Definitely genuine OEM toner. The hoppers are from other machines.

We've replaced PCDU x2, hopper x3, bottle x2, and motor, and the message keeps coming back (all within a couple month period and absolutely nowhere near yield). Any advice is greatly appreciated!
