you can MMI clear these machines or initialize printer settings, but i would start with going into service mode to update firmware. machine needs to be networked

i did wipe and let it pull ip, subnet, and gateway again just to be sure .... no change still wont let me update firmware..

i also compared the delivery server URL with another machine and...

every time i go to service mode trying to update firmware the machine displays
[failed to connect to delivery server ,check delivery server and network.

ok, so i gained access to rui by defaulting printer under additional functions. i can now log in via RUI and into device manager under additional functions however im still not able to turn off...

so i tried turning this off.. now i cant log in at all RUI any clue how to reset the entire machine. ive MMI cleared it as well no effect on user management

so today i pulled the second sorter. it refused to pass copies jamming on the third piece of paper every time . timing was perfect. still displaying a jam code1101
