a customer had installed a SLNX on the printer and when the contract is ended and i returned the MFP i could not make a scan to email by SMB

is there a procedure that returns the machine sitting...

i have changed a new pcu and development unit,the MFP is updated and still same issue.

i have mp c2011 has an issue with only gray colour, it prints black normally but when i print gray it almost disappear.

if can you notice on the attachment on calibration page you see like black...
