Please does anyone know how to go about XEROX J75 Press Error Code 012-254, 012-264. Paper keeps jamming at finisher. I've checked all areas of finisher and there is no pieces of paper jam.

I did that before and the error code didn't show up, that's when I thought the pre-registration motor had to be replaced.
So I replaced the pre-registration motor with a new one and plug it back in...
