    What's the fuser look like? If they do a lot of full colors the fuser can cause this especially if the heat roller has lost it's shininess.

    Yes, you could, but quite a few of mine are in hospitals and such where there is not one primary user, but a ton of different users on different shifts 24/7... it's easier for both us and the clients...

    We replace them with the 2027 fuser. The customer appreciates it also as I hear how easy the door is to close now. Horrible design.
