the only issue is all the bulletins are for the exit side of the fuser, my buildup is on the entrance side, the metal guide that can be moved...

i know what you mean by sub seal bad, leaves toner spots,, copies are clean on front sides... machine is running clean...

Its just leaving toner crusties on bottom side lead edge,, only on the...

single sided, the buildup is on the ramp, right near the lower fuser roller, mostly seem to be on underside of ramp.

no, cannot rub toner off page, but the toner flecks on the back of paper you can just pic off, it just started this, its crazy..

I have a Sharp MX-M465N,
The toner started building up on the fuser entrance plate. right at very edge near lower fuser roller..
Toner will flake off and stick to back leading edge of misc...

Found the issue...
On the main drive there is a 2 piece gear , new to MX-B201D ,, if the center of ther gear where it couples togeather is cracked, it will let the gear on shaft flex/come...

I have a small Sharp MX-B201D that started making clicking noises. puts horizontal lines,2-3, scrunches copies in that area, all in the first 4"of the copy. rest of copy fine... I did a super good...
