Maybe wire or port in router is faulty?
I had similar problem in older mfp. The job was "lost in space" and changing port in router solved the problem.

Printer is installed using IP addr / host name / wsd port? Printer is connected to router via wifi or it's wired connection ?

Firmware are up to date ? Print driver was universal or pcl6? There is printing problem with colour, mono or both ?

I hope he knows where is placed non-default sheet in copier.

After clear all you need to enter values from non-default page. Next step is initialize TD sensors, force line adj., toner density adj.

This can be hdd. The fastest way to check this out is replace the hdd + format + stamp data. If you don't have new hdd then try format using PC. Check also connection between hdd and controller.
