After following the recommendations here and several phone calls with a tech, they're going to send a new yellow drum. I hope that fixes it.
I'd like to thank everyone for your help.
I've swapped the drums around, rotating every drum in every slot. Still get that C1-14 code.
One thing I've noticed: when I swap the drums, every drum is covered in the appropriate color toner...
It's not a piece of tape... :confused::(
That's what the boss thinks. I'm inclined to think we missed a piece of tape.
It did come with a printed version of that manual, but it doesn't address the initial set-up. It also doesn't give any help troubleshooting.
