use ADF copy the job dark 100% because lamp scanner not bright.

Problem it solved.
-Check the adf switch.--->OK
-Check and reseat all of your connections between the ADF and the machine.---->...

My ADV C5250 got the big problem.
When use ADF the scanner not move to left for wait document pass.

And lamp not bright when document pass the copy paper full dark of page.

But wnet put job...

when make 2-side copy for adf one side it dark one side it OK.
The dark side it from down scan.
One side scan in ADF Ok.
But when put work on glass copy it...

Go to Service mode
COPIER
Option
FNC-SW
Change Level1 to 2
SCANSLCT 0 to 1
Reboot MC

I saw thay can do on adv c5250i

I sea in Devices and printer on my PC maximum height 1200 mm.
But on MC can set only X 457.2 mm.
It can do at 1200 mm.??

I try use HDD form Xerox not work and make that HDD fail.

I have 3 of 52xx them HDD fail all. Can i use PC HDD. I already have FW.

The sale man present Pure developer powder ( non colur ) can add to any colur and any brand.
I try to use with X7855 it OK. But i not sure for adv C5030.
may somebody have experience.

I have problen in only some PC.
My PC in the shop has same spec same OS same program and same driver.
When I want to print on paper size 12.5x19 or 12.5x18. Some PC can not fide paper size...

MC alredy detect paper. But in job status just " waiting for print "

I have 7345 and 7855 to day I got problem with a new 7530. When i ues paper 12×18 the MC not print it. All funtion (copy and print from pc).

5. Display show CLR push Start
6. Display show END turn MC off / on

First electric down when electric come the MC E000000. I clear Error all it not work. then clear Engine it work.
But after MC turn on I need to setup formatt paper by country I use malaysia or...

I have the way to fix this. But may not correct 100% but it work on every vertion MC.
1.Choose Malaysia
2.pull out conecter of A3 paper on ADF
