I don't think anyone is going to be able to give you the manuals. Oce requires specific credentials and software to view the TSM's.
I can tell you the 14532 error is related to no lift detection...
I hate to break it to you since you are an user, but it looks like the drum coupling has broke on the rear side of your cyan drum unit causing it not to turn. That most likely is what is causing...
You are welcome. Glad you found the solution. Even better when the part is cheap. [emoji1303]

It's a v III in the description so I assumed it was new.

What kind of noise? I had a machine that made a very loud rubbing noise as it was feeding paper. It jammed intermitently.
It ended up being the torque limiter on the feed separation roller...
Before replacing a bunch of parts, try performing the adjustments in service mode for COPIER>FUNCTION>CCD>DF-WLVL1 and DF-WLVL2
See if it makes a difference.
I would also make sure the firmware...
Was this a brand new waste container OR has it been used and the toner was just dumped out?
Just wanting to verify before you waste a lot of time trouble shooting.
If it was used, check the...
I think I saw this before. Check and make sure the reflector guide didn't get knocked out of place.

I thought that usually was the work around but I read where banks are adding foil seals and eurion dots to checks. Maybe they can just cover them up. I could be mistaken.

Your samples *look* like the black laser glass is still dirty since it does not show on the other colors. I would try the cleaning procedure again for the black, opening the shutter in service mode...
The newer model devices have that security feature to prevent counterfeiting documents. Most banks put a seal or hologram on their checks for that reason. There is no way to disable it.

If you are still getting an E748 error with the HDD disconnected, there is still an issue with the Flash pcb OR the main controller pcb.

Does the HDD you swapped come from an identical device? If it is better to start with a blank HDD on the newer generation devices. Are you trying to load the system software from a USB stick?
