    If it happens on prints, it will also happen on copies (provided it's in the equipment)


    If it happens on copies only, that tells you it's in the optics.

    Same print engine is used for copies...

    have you checked the prints on the itb? if they look good on the itb, then check the secondary xfer unit. and clean the toner density sensors on 2nd transfer and the calibration senors above the...

    Also are there any other parts associated with the cl roller unit (ie. Motor, bearings, etc.)?

    The print wraps around the pressure roller on the second pass.


    The it is usually a duplex flyer of some sort with heavy print. Not always full page. But will usually have some sort of heavy fill...

    I have tried this. Once it starts wrapping, even the cleaning page will wrap which has a massive gap on the first side and no printing on the second side...

    Update...

    So sharp had originally told us to change the paper weight settings to 16-28 lbs in device control.

    This made the problem worse.

    Current orders are to reduce fusing heat -5 or -10....

    I had this happen on an mxm564. Sharp's fix was to back up all user data, replace HDD, update firmware, and reload user data.

    If you don"t have the admin password, you will have to send the IC...

    I am not familiar with sim 50-10, so I would say, "no."

    Wouldn't it be nice if we could organize the threads by model and type of error (ie. Jamming, error code, print quality, copy quality, etc.)?

    I don't know much about sql... But it seems like it...

    There is a bulletin for it on those models...

    They are all different accounts. No paper curl. Different brands of multipurpose plain paper.
