Here is a solution I found you can try out. Seems to be a common issue that replacing the fuser does not always solve.

Take out the Fuser and lay the two blue levers flat and remove...

Wait you replaced the mainboard? The error you are getting involves an issue with the scanner. You should be starting with any related to that.
Check the scanner cables.

Check the transfer roller. Make sure it is even the best you can.... look at the springs see if they are worn.
If one side isn't pushing with right tension, it can cause that... replace
...
Suggestion I have is to always take pictures along the way as you teardown... especially of the system board. Helps at the backend to help you remember where things go.
