The issue in this thread looks similar. Two people reportedly fixed the problem by changing the clutch in the fuser drive unit responsible for moving the secondary transfer roller.

I'm betting that it's bad power from the wall outlet, not corroded contacts.
Replace the hard drive. Just had similar issue today u2-05 and e7-93, unable to go into settings, print 22-6 or login to webpage (said invalid password). After hdd changed password and everything...
The MX4141N driver won't let you continue if it can't find the machine, but Sharp's Universal driver will let you continue. It still might not work, but you'll be one step closer.
Firmware version ~6.4 and earlier had a defect where it would write data to the msata constantly, wearing it out prematurely. So I'd update the firmware as well if you can.
Looks like RDTCT0250FCZZ to me. Item #24 of Fusing Unit 3, page 151 of PG 07A.
Any solution yet?
I shouldn't say very susceptible. Very bad power is the culprit in the 2 cases I've seen.
I'm sure it's real, but haven't had the swab cleaning procedure actually fix any problems yet.
Test the power from the wall outlet with a multimeter. These machines are very susceptible to...
Not true, see my post on page 2! It just also hasn't been solved yet. But should help by elimination a bit.
We had this same issue on a 3570N. One of the few problems we never solved. The difficulty is it's so intermittent, you can do 500 or more test pages onsite perfectly, and then the customer calls the...
22-3 shows you had 50 POD_1 jams in ~16k prints.. at that rate, expected number would be 150 jams per 48k prints..
The history only goes back so far, but you have 184 jams and 49k total prints...
That doesn't appear to be the newest version of RED Reader in your screenshot. I get the message "Remote E-Mail Diagnostic not enabled. Please check MFP Product Key for E-mail Alert and Status"...
You might be looking at the machine jam codes (sim 22-3). The ADF jams are listed separately in Simulation 22-12. I have encountered jams that don't show up but it's rare.
Keep in mind that when...
You might be able to get it printing from the Mac without Postscript. Try using "generic PCL driver" and change protocol to "Line Printer Daemon". If it works, the only downside is the extra tray /...
To clarify, if using App Password, less secure device access should be off. And 2-step verification on.
SMB is for scan to folder. Email uses SMTP..
For Gmail to work you have to either enable Less Secure Devices access in Gmail account settings, or enable 2-Step Verification and generate an App...
Another thing you can check. Senior tech went back later and found a broken part in the fusing drive unit, see attachment. Fixable by melting a paper clip into it.
Was a long time ago so I forget the exact details. I added a piece of fairly stiff but flexible plastic sheet that covered the mostly non-moving sections around those exit belts, I think it was "E"...
CFRM-1649DS51 is the whole Tandem Drive unit or you can save some money just replacing the clutches inside it. The clutches are PCLC-0372FCAZ and there are 5 of them.
Different clutches.. not as robust as 623n. Have had a few of them fail.
Can you show us what your shark sample printout is supposed to look like on a "working" machine? Have you tried other photographs/images? It's possible this shark photo has layers which look good on...
I searched through every post and you did not write that anywhere. Guess you've trolled me successfully, good job.
Good to know the cause. Wish you had been a bit clearer before, and this argument would have been avoided. It sounded like the SD card did nothing, and that he had to call a tech to fix it.
That was mansart's diagnosis, not the tech who visited.
