Based on manual, direct sunlight will effect on drum

It seems like OPC drum problem. Change drum or interchange with another color to check.

First you have to measure and adjust double side adjustment, mostly this happen in front side. If not solved, check the first feeding roller in right side of ADU, if the 2 roller pressure was not...

Try to charge dv unit with toner manually few times, i had this problem with 6500km. I had charged many times toner inside the dv, after that problem solved.

It was from magnet roller inside dv unit, the roller was charging more and spreading out. So when i changed the DV unit, problem gone.
