Hey Phil I'd like to thank you for leaving your valuable reputation comment on my profile, another fun fact for you I purchased genuine canon heads you genius
Thanks Cedar I'll take a look and see what I can find, this is exactly what I was looking for. Finally some good advice! As someone who both repairs these machines professionally AND also runs the...
I'll listen to advice that doesn't complain about the 3rd party ink, I have no argument that it can be bad or isn't as good as Canon ink. I fully understand that it can cause issues and if the issue...
Aww what do you expect me to reply with? :D I have no reason to be sarcastic except when being told I have no experience, don't know what I'm doing and having my one question ignored because I'm...

There is just one connector from the finisher to the main unit, none of the pins seem to be damaged or bent.
The error code is 72-16 with jam locations 13 and 31 43692
With the finisher disconnected / removed from the unit it'll still jam in the same position. I'll check about the bridge unit
I've got a Bizhub C452 that consistently jams at the same output point. I've attached a picture of where the paper gets stuck every time. When copying a single page just one paper gets stuck at that...
