Motor replaced, all codes cleared now. Back in business. Thanks so much for the help guys. You all Rock!!!

Replaced the motor in the back, it self destructed. New Code 398-04 and 540 has now emerged. Any takers. Thanks guys

Running lots of labels and the machine blew a code SC442. Any suggestions. Seems the lift tray at the feeder goes down and skips gears, then blows the code. Help! Thankyou

I'm about to purchase another Ricoh as mine shorted. Can anyone tell me the service life of this machine. In the past I've been unable to get parts due to the copier being out of it's service life....
