Glare blocked out the real error code. It was 010-397. Did fuser initialize in service mode and that seemed to have solved the error message.

The problem turned out to be a bad clutch. The clutch was replaced and the sound is now gone.
The fuser was replaced with one from another machine, but the noise happens still.
The inner finisher D1 was disconnected, but the noise still happens.
