First check SC log entries for any other errors showing up. Upgrade your firmware and if still having issues unplug HDD to see if error stops, Could be harddrive but is in most cases firmware
Have you tried from your laptop or another computer? might be worth a try.
Where does the machine show the paper as jamming? look at your jam codes in your logging data. this should narrow down where the machine thinks the jam is.
It sounds like something is getting on the transfer rollers and is making what I call divots poking up causing spots. If the cleaning unit does not work replace the ITB, but make sure if it is a belt...
