have it once on C75 had a faulty IIT pwb , but you could try first cleaning the IIT, usually after hanging an AGC error code would appear, that's what i encountered

there's a chip model identifier in the fuser just swap it you should be good to go.

Flat Cables. make sure its seated properly after replacing and take extra caution when returning it back as the flat cables easily comes off or loose contact when repositioning, its very tricky.

it's a bad nvram battery did any power failure happened?

try checking the nvram battery first i have encountered that a lot in that model the fix is replace the nvm battery and reload the firmware...
