drum ground issue. pull the drum unit, clean the cavity, stretch out the ground spring on the back of the pcu.

take the endcap off the rear of the pcu. bend up the two contacts and reassemble. yellow will jump off the page. did you forget to reinstall? i have.....
thank you everyone for your input. the issue was the k dv clutch
in color, you get all colors except black. there is no residual image on the tbelt, or drum. in k you get blank. k pcdu was replaced

looks to me like transfer issues towards the middle of the page. Probable tbelt assy, or even dv unit for magenta
its a fan, dont remember which one
if it has a finisher, faulty bridge switches will not log a jam, but it really sounds like the exit unit
replace the exit assy, it warps and causes issues

I Really appreciate the replies. so far ive had 3 607s with the same symptoms. the last one i replaced the lvps, which seemed to fix all of them. i did try firmware, but perhaps that should be done...
