I have a similar problem in ricoh 2075 .
copier print but doesnt copy,in two side scan condition and machine stop and hang and just can scan one surface.without any codes

Checked all boards on another machine,all that were without problem.
LD,Laser wrere ok.
used 5804 31 with fusing in and hang.
580431 without fusing and resolved.
open and close fusing.maybe...

My machine stop in middle of work after about 1 minute without any codes.
other symptoms:
it doesnt work when fusing temprater control is "1" and sc 543 appears.
after off/on the hang...

I cleaned dev unit
Drum is ok
Charger is ok
Manual toner add for five times
Upper part of the paper in test pattern is ok and with adding toner seems glossy so so much.
But middle as the picture...

Turn on fusing idling,increase the tempreture of heater.also in my case,it happened for me more in 110 volte matchins with trans 220 to110 when the voltage decrease.

I resolve it by changin the developer.one of the signing of change developer time is it,and the boys couldent identify this matter,and show theyre paper tiger obviosly
