According to kyo tech, the latest firmware reduces the rotation time of the fuser, and also the length of time the fuser is at a high temp, I have rebuilt some of these fusers, with grey market belts...

I have rebuilt both fusers with Katun belts, takes about 1.5 to 2 hrs, I haven't had a problem with any rebuild yet.
