i think the pwb you're referring to is the sub AC PWB
Check for paper clip that falls on adf pwb. This causes weird issues
Charge unit or transfer roller swapped out? It REALLY looks like the drum blade is not cleaning properly, Is it brown instead of clear?
I had this on 2 machines like that... Check voltages from wall..... both of the ones i tested had bad voltage drops.... do you have ESP boxes on all the copiers?
Make sure the delivery guide isn't broken !
Replace clutch on upper right back side of finisher.. this has fixed over 10 machines with same issue

Actually on Newer Sharp copiers, anything over .5VAC is too much between neutral and ground
I would try sim 16 if doesn't fix ... replace PCU PWB... just curious why you did sim 88-01 in the first place?
Installed a Tripp-Lite LC2400 today..... we'll see if it helps with the power issues!!!!!!!!!
Check sensor for registration unit..... Behind PS unit... what jam code is it showing?
The quality is USUALLY great on these models.... Your quality isn't normal ! I would check your Sim 46 settings and see if anything is out of setting

That model is very prone to that error code... Check the lower holder for black toner motor... sometimes plastic clip breaks and motor can seperate from drive not allowing toner to be added... after...
Sometimes a corrupt print job can cause machine to keep cycling on and off, try disconnecting network cable and see if that corrects issue
we have been using the ESP brand also for 10+ years
Sounds like high humidity causing arcing inside copier..... Sounds like customers need to control the humidity better at locations
JLSam.... no other jam codes or errors have accompanied this error.... i thought power may have been an issue also, but they recently moved to a different location that had a dedicated 208v for...
And yes the Firmware is updated to the latest version that was supposed to fix this issue!!!!!!
