The thing is, on plain when test printing counter page it pills or double print, also when printing solid background pictures it also pills

Toner and Fused Assy had been changed. Do u know this only happens when printing and copying on only plain paper, other paper type are ok. I think temperature is not heating up the paper

How do I update or know if firmware is outdated.

Suspecting high voltage power supply board or blown out fuse, because the said machine was working perfectly before I was told by the customer that sudden sc491-00 showed up.

Am still battling the nightmare. This is strange, after swapping PCDU from another working machine, problems persist. This is strange.

Tried another K DV unit including ITB still the same missing black

Am suspecting the laser, but don't have under laser to test. 3003/3503 and the same with 4503/5503/6003

Print/copy on black is blank. Even interrupting the copy no traces on ITB everything blank.

I was thinking so too. Maybe laser unit, I don't have it 4503/5503/6003 to interchange. Only have 3003/3503 which isn't the same.

I have swapped PCDU still the same no black

DV tank is rotating even at TD Initialization sc3030-003 it rotates while cheating on the front door

Drum rotates even when I initialize TD sensor black it completes. Where's is the powerpack located.

Tried interrupting the Printing, no traces of black image on DU or ITB.

Tried switching with another ITB still the same no black.

Has anyone come across sudden black disappearance both on colour prints, colour test page and even counter page, even after swapping PCDU image still remains same. Attached is sample.

Replace toner supply hopper.

Mpc2003/2503/3003/3503 can work for eachother, same lamp 527w, all u need to do is to just change the down case of the fuser unit if it doesn't fit in on eachother.
