Ok, I purchased a couple of drums and they were able to be reprogramed to different colors. Does this open any doors for me?
I'll see if I can track one down. Would it help to see if I tried to make my black drum to a color drum?
Still unable to program the color drum.
I swapped out the PCB for each drum. The color drum still doesn't work and the black drum is working like it was before.
I am writing out the exact steps I've done to make sure I'm executing the process properly.
• With the drum in the machine, and starting in service mode (print position UP & Down)
