Had a similar case , but in my issue it was white lines on black only- and faint black prints. removed the developer unit, dumped old dev, put new dev, cleaned the drum unit coronas and the problem...

successfully replaced the teflon, thermo , ITB and fuser roller to an old 360 konika
now running as good as new!!
