I guess you are 100% correct, it has XP on it, after i check the windows key label. and the other label says bizhub press c8000, but no IC-306 clue even on the front badge. Only KONICA MINOLTA.

I have checked the label stick on fiery and there is no clue that mention the IC code. could you check picture attached please...

i guess your problem is firmware related, what firmware is actually were you using it ? was it for apeos or workcentre ?

Now my freeflow is working well, its all about software issue.
there is some corupted data in the HDD, so i have done with format comand then re-install the software...

I am experiencing some problems with freeflow TAG models, (Black Models)
When the RIP boots up, it displays the console login (Console Mode), but the software doesn't load automatically....

Between Patch and update are deferent.
update mostly are Plugin and it can be done by auto or manual, Patch should be done by manual install and download.
In fiery should be shown Error Led Code...

as jhalfhide said above, remote scan on your PC is just aplication for make template and receive file after scan. you can not play scan from there.

For scan to PC/Folder means you are not using machine server. so you just acess it from UI menu (Scan to PC).
