Can anyone tell me what firmware we'd need for a Lanier MP W7100 to support SMB2? I see in Ricoh's KBs that it does support it, but no idea what version. We're on 1.07 for the system/copy, 14.31...

Yahtzee! Using a folder path of . instead of a slash resolved the FTP issue. No firmware update needed, but I'll hold on to them just in case. Thanks for all your help!
