    That is a very good question actually, I don't know the answer, but Postscript 3 is installed, version 3017.102 running at standard image quality.

    So that's not it. Still not luck getting this...

    FYI: Still no luck. I just updated the WorkCentre to the latest firmware direct from Xerox, still the same thing.

    It is definitely the WPSA-100 at this point and no one seems to know anything...

    Could be, but unfortunately R10 is what is already on there. So it looks like I'm stuck with a non-working WPSA-100 for AirPrint which is not all together surprising given Xerox's track record.

    Thanks for the reply, however this is the general release version that is already on there from 2016.

    It says I should upgrade to 1.0.0.1R2 which I believe is after 1.0.0.1 R10.
