Lol, doing some start up on other machines at the moment. Will work on this machine later. Still does the wavy print out. I'll swap the door when I have a chance. Let you know the outcome.
Ok, Ill test it with the bridge and a finisher with it.
I did replace the whole unit. Does the same thing. If the wiring was the problem I would see trouble codes. If there were issues with the electronic boards, the machine would also give me errors too....
So there must be a synchronization issue with two units?
Ran the sensor check. Looking at the Paper exit in service mode. The fusing loops value remains at 0.
Can the cause the paper to be wrinkled/wavy?
Is there any possibility if the frame is bent?
Caused a paper jam.
Still the fuser is causing the wavy page.
Well I replace the reversal unit with another one from a 554e.
Can not find the issue with this.
Well I tried newer one. Still does that wavy half of the paper.
Forgot to mention that when printing on both sides of the paper, the whole page is wrinkled or wavy.
No finisher on this one.

Print out is wavy. Tried changing the paper and replaced the fusing unit for a new one.
Tried adjusting the temperature and the fusing speed.
Cleaned the rollers.
Replaced the fusing drive....
they are 22.
It happened all of a sudden. I am still in training.

Changed the fusing unit too.
Replaced the exit and reverse unit.
Transfer roller.
Cleaned the rollers...
I am in a workshop. Always at room temperature in the shop.
It is every size. On all the trays.
The paper size was 11 x 17

I even tried the firmware update. Still wavy!!!!
I replaced the whole unit. print out still curls. There is no paper jam. While it is printing I did open to see where it starts, it happens after it passes the fusing unit.

I tried everthing here. I am still getting that wavey print out on paper. It does not Jam just does the wavy printout. I even changed the fusing motor. The outcome is the same with the other trays on...
